I suddenly feel tired?

Well I have been going to bed pretty late recently (3/4am-ish) but I have been getting amounts of sleep, usually about seven hours. Well last night I went to bed a bit earlier, about 2am, and I woke up about 10am. I had an excellent sleep and woke up feeling perfectly normal. I do a little bit of weight lifting, which is something I do almost every other day, and then when outside and sort of meditated for a bit. I then suddenly felt this incredible tiredness, so decided to take a nap, so I went for one, but couldn't get to sleep. After about half an hour of resting I got out of bed and I still feel really tired. I have kickboxing tonight and I need to be awake for it. What should I do?
