Whats wrong with my blackjack 2? the battery sucks?

i charged my blackjack 2 to full battery the night before i went on a trip.then i took it of my pocket about 5 hours later and it was turned off. i turned it back on and the whole battery was gone. i was mad.shouldnt it last at least 2 days? whats wrong?
