Does replication (chromosomes duplicate) occurs in Mitosis 2/Prophase 2 like it does in Prophase 1?

No, chromosomes only duplicate during the S phase (between the G1 and G2 phase) of the cell's life. In Prohase 1 of Meiosis 1 the chromosomes do not duplicate because they already have in S phase.
