38 weeks pregnant.. need advice!?

okay so im 38 weeks today and i havnt had a show and mywaters havnt broke.. what other signs should i look out for to know that labour is days or hours away, im getting impatient now!! i keep getting the odd period pain feeling..it comes and goes through out the day but its not painfull. help!! thanks.
