Do U think illegals caught tresping as claimed here should not be arrested due to causing distrust with pol?

I feel racial profiling nessesarry in certain instances. Its unfortunate but lets desperate times require desperate measures and if a few weopon brandishing idots who want to provoke the border patrol have to be exterminated, so be it. These people choose to knowingly come here illegaly. They come here as gang members, thieves, rapists, murders,etc.. not all come with this intent but how does one tell wich is wich. Our prisons are overloaded we these people, and whether thier crime is violent or non violent they ALL are comminting a crime.
