!HELP ME! ati2dvag.dll infinite loop problem.?

ok so i downloaded a game ( www.eternal-lands.com ) and after i connect to it, it freezes, not right after, but around 1 minute after i connect and start playing. i really want it to work since it took 5hours to download ( horrible dial up ) when i play not soon after i start the game and my screen freezes (half the time i can still move the cursor) but after another minute from being frozen it goes to a blue screen that says ati2dvag.dll got stuck on an infinite loop, i have checked for solutions myself and i cant find what they mean, like a few sites said to click properties on my computer, then click hardware, and blah blah then they say Right click on CPU to AGP Controller but i dont see that in their, i have an emachine T3512, anyone who can get this working for me gets a best answer
