I would like to make my 91 N/A mx-6 into forced induction?

so if you are familiar with the first gen mx6 or probe this should be easy. so i have a gt block and the domed gt pistons with rods a full N/A head with only 20 miles on it, a stock ihi vj11 turbo with manifold and a crank with minimal scarring and i have a 525 dollar budget... what do i do?
