I know how you feel. Those sleepless nights are aweful, I had one last night! I cannot be sure what is causing your LO to cry, but it very well could be the new foods. They all sound like gy foods. Maybe try to give him a tiny bit more water to wash out all the foods, as well as milk (if you BF).
