What are the rights in Ft. Bragg as permanent party soldiers?

I am about to be stationed at Ft. Bragg, NC at the 112th SIG BN and i was wondering what were my rights, what can i have, where would i be living at being single and how does it different from being in TRADOC? Can i have a vehicle, can i purchase my own internet, can i have a desktop and a t.v? Any info on this subject would be helpful, iv looked myself but really haven't found anything as of now. Thank you
