Help i really dont understand my mum?

She's just worried about you and there are a lot of bad people out there today; the world isn't how it used to be and maybe your mother realizes something that you don't know. She's being more overprotective now because maybe when you were younger she didn't feel like she had to be. Nothing you can say or do will convince your mom of letting you go somewhere where she doesn't think is safe; but maybe you could explain to her that since you are getting older you do deserve the freedom to make some of your own decisions now.
